No Refund Policy for Digital Downloads

Due to the electronic nature of our products (digital resume templates), all sales are final. Once you have downloaded the file, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

Exceptions

We may consider a refund only under the following specific circumstances:

• If you were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error.
• If the file is proven to be corrupted and cannot be opened, and our support team is unable to provide you with a working file within 48 hours.
